Salary is R12k while training/probation, should
you pass training, basic salary is R15k - R18k (1st year - should you pass the 1-year
mark, salary is open to negotiation).

Performance bonuses if you exceed our monthly
targets (the more you put in, the more you will make).

Salary increases according to performance and
role as you progress in the company.
What your role will be:

Initially you will undergo training and
familiarization with the medical technology/software that we use.
·
We are a South African based company with a
global reach.
·
The software helps map the human body and then
shapes how targets are treated within the human body.
·
You will be responsible for contouring the body
and shaping the algorithms that create the treatments.
This will be your first year or so, with the goal of becoming
comfortable with the system and then progressing to management of your own team
of about 3 or 4 other employees that will be hired to work by your side in the
years to come (should one wish to progress to a management level).
We will be expanding into medical software development and
medical robotics as well, so this is also a direction one could expect to be
streamed towards if so wished, or if you prefer to work with a team, then that
is up to you. Our company is flexible and open to encouraging employee skills
development, we’ll find a role that you are comfortable in pursuing.
