We're seeking a skilled and experienced IT All-rounder to
join our dynamic team. You'll be the hero of the office, troubleshooting
everything from network glitches to Microsoft 365 mysteries, working on
projects to develop valuable customer insights and deliver cutting edge
Customer Experiences.
Here's what makes you a perfect fit:
Qualifications:
A degree or equivalent
qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant
field.Relevant Industry
certifications (Microsoft, Comptia, Cisco, etc.) are a strong plus.
Experience (5-10 years):
IT Support Engineer, Microsoft
Administrator, Security or Data Analyst, Dialler Administrator (or a
blend!)Experience with
Networking, Database Administration, and Cybersecurity are a plus.
Rockstar knowledge of Microsoft 365, including
Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Azure Active Directory.
Networking ninja: You can troubleshoot, configure,
and maintain LAN, WAN, VLAN and WIFI networks.
Telephony whisperer: PBX systems and VoIP hold no
secrets for you.
Problem-solving Picasso: You can diagnose and resolve
complex technical issues efficiently and effectively.
Communication champion: You can explain technical
concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
Disrupter: You constantly disrupt, question, and
innovate.
Team player: You thrive in a collaborative environment
and enjoy helping others succeed.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with
Development (any languages).Knowledge of AI and
cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).
