Quality control, pressure testing on the pipes.keeping up with paperwork and working with staff on breakdowns. Making sure Production is met and correct materials are being used and ordered. I working with PVC pipes and gutters up to 650mm pressure pipes class 12 and various other plastic products. Cutting,grinding and drilling in the workshop. Cleaning and prepping of metal and pipes Applying and using belzona for pipes work CO2 welding,various work shop tools and equipment. Following instructions and drawings Cargo hold inspection on ships Hospital cleaning of cargo holds,for cargo and product change,handing jobs out to staff. Risk management on the vessels and fire and safety. Filling out DSTI forms and all other paperwork on the vessels. Working with ship crew and keep up to date with staff and finish times. Lashing, discharging and loading and rigging of vessels ..I am very familiar with the port and safety rules. I can operate ship cranes, sky jack,telly handler,cherry picker and forklifts. Security and stowaway searching. 8 years experience in these fields. Security and stowaway searching Access control, crowd and riot control. CCTV monitor and scanning of trucks and containers,documentation of containers and storage. Conducting searches on vessels, I have worked and all kinds of vessels. Safety and risk assessment before the searches are conducted. In contact with Port control and agents for berth and sailing times. Delivery checked and site patrols and proper site protocols.
