This is a structured, high-output role where youll be sourcing, interviewing, and submitting talent daily, working closely with our BDMs to meet client needs and exceed expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesBring at least 12 years of recruitment resourcing experienceSource, screen, and engage candidates for UK-based rolesConduct up to 12 candidate interviews per daySubmit a minimum of 4 high-quality CVs dailySecure at least 1 client interview per dayBuild strong, proactive talent pipelines across key verticalsUse our modern ATS and sourcing tools to stay efficient and organisedPartner with our BDMs to deliver consistently and hit shared targetsAbout You1+ years experience in a recruitment resourcer or delivery roleStrong communication and candidate engagement skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environmentHighly organised, focused, and results-orientedAmbitious, coachable, and motivated to grow your recruitment careerEnergised by working in a high-performance, target-led teamWe offer a competitive salary, uncapped commission from your first placement, medical and pension contributions, and a path to grow into Senior Resourcer, Consultant, or Team Lead roles.
