Can have a sleep over but not for more than 3 days a week. Kitchen with fridge, washer, microwave and built-in cupboards. Bathroom is large with shower and bathtub. Cleaning service for the entire apartment once a week. Gated complex with 24/hour manned-security, CCTV and sophisticated biometrics system for entry. Strict visitors’ sign-in policy. Closer to public transport, MyCiti Stations are within walking distance. There is plenty of parking off-street and it’s a safe area. Alternatively can rent a bay within the complex. No smokers and not pet friendly. Water and wifi included. Electricity is prepaid, bought collectively at the beginning of the month, and topped up when it is runs out. Six months lease (minimum), with two months deposit (can be paid over two months). I.e. Before occupancy must pay 3 x R6,000 OR pay 2xR6,000 in month 1 and also in month 2. There is once off lease fee of R1,200 and key fee of R300. Documents to apply: -3 months bank statement, -certified copy of identity/passport, and -source of income (payslip, surety etc) -completed application form (background checks done)

About the room:
It has built in cupboards and wooden flooring, spacious enough for a double bed and desk (as seen in the pics).
About the apartment:
The apartment itself is semi furnished so you got space to add some of your own things.
The Lounge is a very spacious open plan for two people and has some of the best views I've ever seen of Table Mountain and the city.
Kitchen is equipped with stove, breakfast island, will need your own fridge mines a bit small but welcome to share until you have your own.
There is Fibre connectivity although I use Rain wifi for myself, you're welcome to share this with me at R280 extra pm.
Bathroom has shower and bath combo with single toilet.
Building has 24/7 security, CCTV cameras throughout the building, with fingerprint access (your own fingerprint will be added once application is approved).
There is a laundromat downstairs with washing machine and tumble dryer @R20 a load! Seriously convenient.
Please note there is an application form for the agent to add your name to the lease and for the fingerprint access to the building.
Docs needed are ID, last 3 month bank statement and 2 month paye slip, approved applications may move in with deposit and rental paid.
Deposit is R6000
Rent is R4600
Water and electricity is prepaid and is shared.
