It happens to catch the first rays of sunshine. The monthly amount includes rent, wifi and access to communal areas. You have the use of stove, fridge, microwave oven, kettle, washing machine, selected cookware, crockery and cutlery and a designated cupboard space in the kitchen.Cleaning:I arrange the proper cleaning of the apartment several times a month whilst everyone needs to maintain the communal areas.You will need to have your own toiletries including toilet paper, toothpaste, hair and body treatments, soap and daily detergents kept at hand for your own use. I share the apartment with my high school son. For security purpose, the apartment is only intended for the occupant but occasional visitors allowed.
