The kitchen is extensively equipped with pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.There is an unlimited data fast fibre internet connection (75Mbps+ Octotel Pure Fibre), TV, Apple TV and a Hifi.The house has one bathroom, a sizeable back garden, outdoor shower and is equipped with an alarm system, armed response and burglar bars. The street is well lit and safe & I have had no car break-ins (on street parking only) in the 22 years I have lived here.There is a deli, a corner café & a MyCiti bus stop half a block away and there are several restaurants & shops in walking distance.You would be sharing the house with me, an architect, my 2 dogs Loki & Suki and my cat Bushky.
