We require an experienced Tandoori / Tikka Chef to work in
the Durban North area.
Job Description:
As a Tandoori Chef, you will be responsible for preparing
and cooking a variety of dishes. Preparing and cooking dishes in the Tandoor
oven, including chopping, marinating, and grilling meats. Prepare and cook
Tandoori bread such as naan, roti, and paratha.
Duties:

Check the freshness of food and ingredients.
·
Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and
other food preparation workers.
·
Develop recipes and determine how to present
dishes.
·
Ensure the quality of meals.
·
Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for
cleanliness and functionality.
Remuneration:

Market related and based on relevant experience.
