Taking our brand to meet its full potential!The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, passionate, service orientated, motivated, positive and independent leader who can manage a high pressure environment while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations in all 3 branches, ensuring all production processes are efficient and meet the restaurant’s quality standards. Mainly based at Head Kitchen while doing site visits and check in's at other branches. Staff Training & Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 16. Performs any other tasks as and when requested. 17. Adhere to company policies and procedures. 18. Ensures that confirmations of bookings are completed and sent out promptly. 19. Maintains good communication channels with Kitchen, House and Maintenance Managers. 20. Liaises with Managers and provides an update on arrivals, groups, special requests and functions etc. 21. Produce a written weekly brief timeously and distribute to the relevant managers and service providers. 22. Maintains the filing system. 23. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
