Nathan, functioning as both a builder and the CEO of Tyanco, enters into contracts for work and demands a substantial 60% deposit upfront. However, after commencing the job, he frequently proposes amendments to the original agreement, resulting in additional costs. He insists on receiving these funds in advance.
Once the foundation work is completed, Nathan requests further payment but subsequently slows down the progress of the project. He often assigns only one worker, who lacks the necessary tools, from the original team of six. This pattern persists for a frustrating six-month period, during which Nathan becomes unresponsive to our calls and inquiries.
Subsequent investigations have revealed that Nathan misappropriated clients' funds, using them to purchase his mother's house and multiple vehicles. He sold his previous residence, paid for his mother's property in cash, and made luxurious additions, including an entertainment area and a pool, all funded by clients' money. Shockingly, he even took clients' pension funds before disappearing.
It is crucial to avoid any involvement with Nathan Cloephas. He is operating from 26 XYRIS WAY, MATROOSFONTEIN, concealed by a high wall near the school.
Regrettably, we have incurred substantial financial losses, amounting to hundreds of thousands. Despite engaging in a prolonged exchange of correspondence with lawyers regarding the additional costs incurred, we ultimately made the difficult decision to use that money and complete the building work ourselves.
