Linear StackerAutomated storage pile building for most bulk materials.DescriptionDescriptionLinear StackersThe BRUKS Rockwood’s Linear Stacker Line provides an excellent method of automated storage pile building for most bulk materials.Large storage volumes can be achieved through the linear travel. Also by adding the slew feature to the linear stacker, one linear stacker can build multiple linear piles.Dust and particulate emissions are minimized through the addition of the stacker luffing option. This allows the stacker to lower the boom discharge chute to its lowest point before beginning stack out. The boom then automatically raises in small pre-set increments as the storage pile makes contact with the boom/pile limit switches.For fully automated stack out and reclaim systems adding a Linear Reclaimer to the installation should be considered.Another option may be the Circular Stacker Reclaimer, COSR. provide imported items as well as those made by local manufacturers to cater

Fish Tank Stands / Heavy Duty ShelvingPrices from R600All stands are made from H3 treated construction timber. Construction timber is bulkier and stronger than planed carpentry planks but because it's treated for indoor and outdoor use it's great to use for Fish Tanks or any heavy duty use where the stand /shelves must hold heavy things like garage tools, records, gym weights and dumbbells, etc. Since this is construction timber you will see big exposed knots, slight discrepancies in thickness or width, etc. so the finished product has a more "rustic" or "reclaimed" look to it but make no mistake this is not pallet wood shelving. Each tier holds well over 100kgs without even sagging. Most cheaper shelves starts sagging after 20kgs. The way we make the joints and connections also adds to the strength. The whole stand is designed so the weight is transferred to the wooden posts and not to the screws which are only used to assemble the pieces together. Since we are making something built to last we offer the option of extra finishes like Stain, Treat and Varnish to disguise the green colour from the already treated wood and to provide extra protection against the elements like the sun and water. We can also treat, stain, oil and wax which provides a more natural look (matte/satin) but doesn't repell water as well as gloss. The other option is paint, recommended for indoor use only since paint offers the least protection and most long term maintenance.We can add plywood bases for better weight distribution, this is great for fish tanks but not necessary if the tank is built properly and has a polystyrene bottom. For outdoor use we can add slats with gaps in between. Perfect for putting plants on since the water can run through the gaps. The slats are raw industrial wood which has not been planed level so this will not work for fish tanks. Custom made shelves can be done on request but will take longer and cost about 50% more than our standard sizes which are designed primarily for standard size fish tanks.
