The Manual Backwash Header
Valve can be used with several different Filtration Medias. Such as
Activated Carbon, Silica Sand, Birm, Iron Removal Resin, Crystal Sand or
AFM Glass Media. To put it another way the Manual Backwash valve Head
allows you to manually backwash sediment, dirt, rust, and other large
particles from the filter media.
Seeing that
RUNXIN F56D1 Manual Filter Head low cost manual control valve with metal
handle. We designed it for non-reagent wash filters. To conclude,
industrial water treatment systems use it for high performance. In
summary it has three job positions: service mode (working), backwash
mode, direct flushing mode.
In that case,
they use it in water filtration. Simple and reliable valve, has a disk
design, during washing the exit from the filter is closed. On the
positive side this does not require a network connection. The frequency
of flushing depends on the quality of the source water, the size of the
filter and the nature of the water consumption.
It adopts hermetic head faces with high degree pottery and corrosion
resistance for opening and closing. No water passes the valve in rinse
in single tank type. Reasonable design of the flow passage: Service→Fast
Rinse →Backwash→Fast Rinse→Backwash-Service. It can be changed to be
side-mounted valve with side-mounted connector. It can operate under
pressure,without leakage.
RUNXIN F56D1 Manual Filter Head
Finally the F56D manual multi port filter valve provides a flow rate
of 10m³/h and adopts a corrosion resistant gasket for opening and
closing. It can be applied as a service, backwash, or fast rinse valve.
It can also work under pressure. With a rotating hand wheel, you can
easily switch the settings without turning off the pump. The filter can
be used in residential filtration systems, swimming pool filtrating and
RO pre treatment filtration systems.
