Up for sale is my reliable Defy fridge. It's the popular top-mount design, meaning a spacious fridge compartment on top and a generous freezer drawer at the bottom. Perfect for a student, a small family, or as a second fridge.
I've used this fridge since I bought it in 2024, and it has been a faithful appliance right up until my recent move. It's in good working order and cools brilliantly. The reason I'm selling is simply that I've moved and my new place already has a fridge included.
Let's be upfront about the condition (please see all photos):
Working Condition: Excellent. The fridge and freezer both get cold and maintain temperature well.
Purchase Date: 2024 (I don't have the exact receipt, but it's a recent model).
Missing Handles: The freezer is a pull-out drawer with three internal compartments. The two top compartments have had their plastic handles break off, so they are missing. The very bottom compartment's handle is still intact and working perfectly.
Cosmetic Dings: As you can see in the pictures, there are a few dents and scuffs on the right side and around the body of the fridge. This is purely cosmetic from moving it around and doesn't affect how it works at all.
Included: Just the fridge itself.
Price: I'm asking R2800 negotiable for a quick sale. The lowest Im willing to accept is R2600.
