under a minute with the Impress Puck System, designed to deliver the perfect
dose and precise tamp while reducing grind mess. The integrated conical burr
grinder with 25 settings and intelligent dosing ensures consistent flavour,
while assisted tamping finishes with a 7º barista twist for a polished puck.
The 54 mm stainless steel portafilter with dual and single
wall filters produces full-bodied espresso from an 18 g dose. Low-pressure
pre-infusion followed by 9 bar extraction and the Thermocoil system with PID
temperature control delivers creamy, caramel-coloured espresso at exactly 93ºC.
Powerful 130°C steam creates silky micro foam quickly for café-quality milk.
