Step off the top of Table Mountain at 1000 metres above sea level, and Abseil into mind-blowing vertical space. The panoramic views from the top are breath taking, but the views from the abseil are even better. Descending down the side of a sheer cliff you will have Camps Bay, the Atlantic Seaboard and the deep blue ocean at your feet with the Twelve Apostles at your side.DAY 5:We take a 20 minute drive up the West coast to the skydiving drop zone. Your tandem skydiving instructor will give you a briefing before boarding the plane. The view on the flight is breathtaking. In the afternoons you will practice what you have learnt in the only custom-made heated dive pool in Cape Town.DAY 4:After two days of studying it’s time to test what you have learnt. Before the final exam, you will have your first sea dive on which qualified instructors will assist you. It is important to note that the course is built on the concept of performance-based learning and is not time-based.Students are not forced to progress according to the clock. Instead, they are allowed to progress at their own pace until they demonstrate their water skills with comfort and confidence.DAY 5:You can spend the day relaxing on the beach or go on an adventure like shark-cage diving, skydiving or sandboarding (Own expense).
