Every morning the fish eagle will announce the break of day and if you have the opportunity, you can see how the bushbuck enjoy a drink of water while the otters play around in pure joyfulness.Along with your early morning coffee and rusks you will hear the birds singing to tell the world that the morning has broken and that it is time to enjoy life. The village is of course famous for being the home of outsider artist Helen Martins who created the Owl House, and a visit to the Owl House is almost obligatory for visitors to Nieu Bethesda.
