2 on Linaria is a beautiful self-catering home in Britannia Bay, situated across the road from the beach, while the greenbelt allows for beautiful sea views. Long unspoilt white sand beaches are part of the surroundings, tranquillity rules here. Access to the beach from both ends of the road or start your beach walk at one end and follow the shell scattered path of the peninsula to get to the other end of the road. This is the perfect home for family getaways or just a breakaway.
The house is a 10 sleeper; however, the available sleeper couch can allow for more – this needs to be pre-arranged with the Managing Agent. 4 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all with showers, 2 with bathtubs. All the bedrooms have cupboards, 3 bedrooms have laminate flooring and the 4th is tiled. Main bedroom is en-suite with his and hers basins. TV and patio in main bedroom with a view of beach. The main bedroom is air-conditioned, while the remaining 3 bedrooms and the lounge have portable fans. Large lounge and dining room with an indoor braai, two flat screens, DSTV available with full bouquet of channels, never miss a game. Fireplace cum braai built into dining area (remove the doors for convenience) with prep bowel next to the fireplace.
Fully equipped kitchen with scullery. Microwaves in both kitchen and scullery. Double bowl zinc, plenty of cupboard space for groceries. Washing machine and tumble dryer; also plenty of fridge and freezer space. A battery-operated gas cooking island takes the pain away of prepping a meal during load shedding... if you are not going to braai.
We have installed Fibre for your internet connection.
About load shedding…we have installed an Invertor!!! You will have use of the DSTV, garage doors, lights etc. Please note the non-essentials such as washing machine, tumble dryer and geyser is not linked. Do make use of the load shedding apps to plan appropriately.

The yard has an outside cold-water shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Built in outside braai or the portable braai is always setup.
The pool is an awesome option for those hot days and warm evenings.
In front we have the boma and our kiddy playpark to keep the young ones entertained. Table tennis, darts, foosball and board games are available to use free of charge provided it gets looked after. For the table tennis and darts please bring your own accessories or pre-arrange when booking to have it available when you arrive. A coin operated pool table - uses R5 coins only, please note you play at your own risk and no refunds. Please bring along your own towels, both bath and beach towels.
House is fully alarmed with Armed response only minutes away (never needed to use armed response).
