Due to the Nedbank Golf Challenge 2024 most members have had to break up their December week and because i’m based in CPT it doesn’t make sense to fly up to the North West for a couple of days so i’ll be selling my timeshare this year. I have the following dates available in The Reserve 6 Sleeper Luxury Units:29 November - 02 December Weekend, 3 nights 4 days @R1100009 to 13 December Mid-Week, 4 nights 5 days @R12000The unit comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms which sleep 4 and 2 very comfortable sleeper couches in the lounge allowing the unit to accommodate up to 6. A full kitchen with a stove, microwave and full size fridge allows you to make just what you’d like with all the needed utensils on hand. There is also a porch (or balcony, depending on room allocation) with braai place and extra seating outside along with daily room service and daily free access to the Valley of the Waves. It really is the whole package!So the way it would work is that if we come to an agreement, there is a reservation form I would need to complete with your details (name,ID and contact details) on it which you would then take along with you when booking in. This document however will only be sent once payment has been received on my side and as a safeguard for both of us, a separate agreement would also be completed just to acknowledge that the house rules of SVC will be abide by as many of these carry a penalty which is charged onto the members account (that would be me) which naturally i’d like to avoid :)Please don't hesitate to message me for any additional questions.

Due to the Nedbank Golf Challenge 2024 most members have had to break up their December week and because i’m based in CPT it doesn’t make sense to fly up to the North West for a couple of days so i’ll be selling my timeshare this year. I have the following dates available in The Reserve 6 Sleeper Luxury Units:29 November - 02 December Weekend, 3 nights 4 days @R1100009 to 13 December Mid-Week, 4 nights 5 days @R12000The unit comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms which sleep 4 and 2 very comfortable sleeper couches in the lounge allowing the unit to accommodate up to 6. A full kitchen with a stove, microwave and full size fridge allows you to make just what you’d like with all the needed utensils on hand. There is also a porch (or balcony, depending on room allocation) with braai place and extra seating outside along with daily room service and daily free access to the Valley of the Waves. It really is the whole package!So the way it would work is that if we come to an agreement, there is a reservation form I would need to complete with your details (name,ID and contact details) on it which you would then take along with you when booking in. This document however will only be sent once payment has been received on my side and as a safeguard for both of us, a separate agreement would also be completed just to acknowledge that the house rules of SVC will be abide by as many of these carry a penalty which is charged onto the members account (that would be me) which naturally i’d like to avoid :)Please don't hesitate to message me for any additional questions.
