I have a 4 sleeper timeshare for one week in out of peak season. THE ONLY THING YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IS THE TRANSFER FEES, APPROX R6500. It is across from South Beach, 2km for Ushaka Marine World and 3km from Suncoast Casino. There is free safe parking inside and is wheelchair accessible. There is also free wi-fi. Inside you have a beautiful warm pool as well as a cold pool, with great facilities such as a sauna, jacuzzi, sundeck with braai facilities, a beauty salon and a restaurant. There is also aircon as well as an airport shuttle service. I am also renting it out until it is sold. To rent for one week for 4 people is R4000.00.
