Fantastically positioned a 5 minute walk from Robberg One and Central Beach, has three spacious beautifully firnished and decorated bedrooms: main bedroom has a kingsized extra length bed, an en suite bathroom with a bath and shower conversion, loads of cupboard space, a balcony with beautiful mountain views, a TV (with a smart box) with Netflix and DSTV; second bedroom has a double bed, more than enough cupboard space, and lovely mountain views too; third bedroom has two single beds; second bathroom has a bath (all bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs). The third guest loo is downstairs. The very large self catering, fabulously equipped kitchen also has a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer as well as a microwave, sandwich press, toaster, kettle, blender, food processor, and everything else you will need for cooking, braaiing and entertaining. The living area is expansive and has comfy couches and a single bed sized daybed, decor is beachified and creates a lovely holiday ambience, boasts a smart TV with Netflix and DSTV, has a 6 seater table and bench set, sliding door leads out onto lovely covered patio with a table and bench set and a small private garden where you can braai (weber braai) and relax. A car can be parked behind a locked gate and there is a huge pavement just outside the townhouse which can park a couple more cars. There is a large well kept communal garden with a fabulous sparkling pool for the use of our guests. We have uncapped wifi. We also have a few loadshedding lights and a little gas stove, as well as back up batteries to keep wifi on and phone charger going if there is loadshedding.
