It is 5min drive from the town Groot Brak, where all the shops are situated and about 2km from De Dekke centre.There are 4 bedrooms in this house. Three bedrooms have a double bed, one bedroom has 2 single beds.There is 1 bedroom upstairs (double bed) with guest toilet and 3 bedrooms downstairs (1 with en-suite bathroom), there are also two sleeper couches downstairs that can be used.Bedding will be available, guests to only bring their own bath and swimming towels.The kitchen and open living area (upstairs) is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, stove and all essential utensils. The house has a TV (Bring your own Dstv and card)Garage available and outside braai - wooden deck upstairs has a beautiful sea view.The house can comfortably sleep max 8 people and is available for holiday rental during the year.
