We are well priced and offer a top quality holiday home on the KwaZulu Natal south coast, with many good revues from satisfied customers. The house has 3 double beds and 7 single beds, but it is better to work on about 13 people. The main room, with an en-suite bathroom, has a queen-size bed and one single bed. The second and third bedrooms each have a double bed and one single bunk bed, while the fourth room has four single beds. It is only 75 m from the beach and situated in an elevated position, so as to take advantage of the views. The main netted Umtentweni swimming beach is only a 1 km walk away along the sand, but only three minutes by car.The house is completely walled and internal gates separate the front yard from the back of the house, making the house pet friendly and able to separate different animals from one another if required. There is ample parking for vehicles behind an electric sliding gate and one lock-up single garage. This home is in a safe area with other homes adjoining it next door. It is not secluded from neighbours, but it is private, well appointed and spacious with a lovely terraced garden. The home has a relaxed, kick off your shoes, rustic feel, like a beach cottage should be, but it is clean and tidy with a newly renovated and modern bathroom, separate toilet and an oak finished kitchen with granite tops.
