Single Head Gear Pump Filler:A single head gear pump filling machine is a portable machine and can be easily transported to various workstations. The filler fills a pre-select amount of product into a container. The filling volume is infinitely adjustable. The machine can either be operated in manual or automatic mode. In manual, the operator needs to press the start button to start one filling cycle. In automatic, the operator needs to press the start button once and the machine will start the filling cycle. After each cycle there will be a short time delay, which is adjustable, for the operator to place the next bottle under the nozzle before the filling cycle continues. Gear pumps are available in 10 litre, 17 litre and 35 litres per minute. The filling accuracy, product being filled and the container size will determine the correct size gear pump to be used. The machine is manufactured entirely in stainless steel and non-ferrous materials. Filling speed depends on size of container / bottles and viscosity of liquid/product. To ensure good filling accuracy and repeatability, product needs to be supplied to the single head gear pump at a constant pressure. A balance hopper can be supplied with this unit to ensure repeatability throughout a product run. Responsibility:The ideal candidate will play a hands-on role in maintaining, repairing, and improving our facilities and properties across locations.
Responsibilities include:
- General Maintenance & Repairs
- Perform day-to-day repairs in plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, tiling, and painting
- Troubleshoot and fix minor issues with appliances, fixtures, and furnishings
- Replace faulty door handles, locks, lighting, taps, and hardware items as needed
- Preventative Maintenance & Inspections
- Conduct routine facility inspections to identify potential maintenance issues
- Ensure all safety equipment, fire extinguishers, and emergency exits are in working order
- Perform regular upkeep of exterior areas, such as walkways, signage, and perimeter fencing
- Facilities Setup & Support
- Assist with setting up new store spaces (fixtures, fittings, shelving, minor installations)
- Relocate equipment and furniture as requested
- Provide support for events or contractor visits by helping with logistics and physical arrangements
- Reporting & Documentation
- Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance requests, and completed tasks
- Report urgent concerns to management and suggest cost-effective solutions - Monitor inventory of supplies and notify relevant teams when restocking is needed
- Site Supervision (as required)
- Oversee subcontractors when minor work is outsourced

I have a 986 Boxster complete running engine for sale in very good condition with around 60 000 km on the clock.
