The incumbent will assume responsibility for all reasonable operational activities in the absence of other Managers ensuring that all Company policies and procedures, and all legal requirements, are adhered to. Accordingly, the incumbent will be accountable for capacity development, mentoring and training of night staff. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Nursing degree/diploma Current SANC registration Any management or relevant business education Updated ACLS/PALS/ATLS/BLS 5 years experience at managerial/supervisory level Experience within private hospital environment (preferable) Computer literate.
