DescriptionEmployment opportunity is available for a qualified/experienced Registered Nurse in Theatre.
The successful candidates will form part of
the multidisciplinary team ensuring that all our patients receive comprehensive quality nursing care and will be
reporting to Theatre- Unit Manager.
Key Responsibilities
·
Effective cost management for staff and stock by minimizing unnecessary stock wastage and facilitating maintenance of equipment.

Providing quality patient
care.
·
Assist in identifying and ensuring staff
undergo department specific
micro-orientation.
·
Ensuring daily care rounds are conducted and investigating complaints.
·
Providing accurate, appropriate, and adequate information to patients and family members
during hospitalization.

Providing effective risk management (SHEQ & infection control) by
·
Monitoring and implementing preventative measures to minimize risk.
·
Comply with all requirements in order to facilitate infection control.
·
Conducting effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.·
Identifying doctor’s preferences and stakeholders needs
and implement in the working
environment.
Minimum Requirements
·
Registered with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse.
·
Post basic qualification in Operating Theatre
would be advantageous.
·
3-5 years’ experience working as a Registered Nurse
in Theatre, in a private healthcare facility.·
Computer proficiency.

Attend to all maintenance-related
projects and assignments as directed by the Technical Services Manager. Must

Minimum Requirements · Grade 12 (Matric) is preferred. · Post-matric qualification in the areas
of building, plumbing, painting, welding or related trades will be an added
