About the Role
We have a great opportunity for a Senior Medical Officer/Consultant Histopathologist to join our growing team in the Anatomical Pathology Department at Waikato Hospital.
About you
Applicants must hold a Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (FRCPA) or an equivalent qualification and be eligible for vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ).Demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality and timely serviceAn ability to solve problems in a complex, constantly changing environmentCompetency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growthExperience in upholding Te Tiriti principals and frameworks, and the application of Mātauranga Māori and Kaupapa Māori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.
