The ideal candidate must have no less than 3 years of hands-on experience, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client care. This role requires professionalism, punctuality, and a commitment to excellence in every treatment performed.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments to the highest professional standard
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a warm, welcoming client experience
• Conduct professional consultations and recommend suitable treatments and retail products
• Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully prepared
• Meet and exceed client expectations through attention to detail and care
• Actively contribute to team goals, upselling, and overall spa success
• Maintain punctuality, reliability, and a positive professional attitude
Minimum Requirements
• Qualified Beauty Therapist with a minimum of 3 years’ experience (no exceptions)
• Strong technical skills across core beauty treatments
• Extremely punctual, reliable, and disciplined
• Highly motivated, hardworking, and results-driven
• Passionate about beauty, wellness, and client satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and conduct at all times
