We are seeking a highly skilled, passionate, and driven Beauty Therapist to join our growing wellness and beauty team. The ideal candidate must have no less than 3 years of hands-on experience, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client care. This role requires professionalism, punctuality, and a commitment to excellence in every treatment performed.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments to the highest professional standard
Deliver outstanding customer service and create a warm, welcoming client experience
Conduct professional consultations and recommend suitable treatments and retail products
Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully prepared
Meet and exceed client expectations through attention to detail and care
Actively contribute to team goals, upselling, and overall spa success
Maintain punctuality, reliability, and a positive professional attitude
Minimum Requirements
Qualified Beauty Therapist with a minimum of 3 years experience (no exceptions)
Strong technical skills across core beauty treatments
Extremely punctual, reliable, and disciplined
Highly motivated, hardworking, and results-driven
Passionate about beauty, wellness, and client satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance and conduct at all times
Desired Qualities

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced spa environment
Confident in upselling treatments and retail products
