NOW HIRING: MAINTENANCE & PROPERTY FOREMAN
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance & Property Foreman to oversee maintenance operations and ensure our properties are kept in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily maintenance and repair activities across properties
Manage and coordinate maintenance staff and contractors
Conduct regular property inspections and identify issues
Plan and schedule preventative maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Handle basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
Requirements:
Proven experience in property maintenance or as a foreman/supervisor
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Good knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, building)
Ability to work independently and manage a team
Valid drivers license
