Tidy Paws is looking for reliable drivers who want to learn how to become professional pet groomers.
This role starts as a training position. You will begin by working as a driver assisting our grooming team, while receiving hands-on training from an experienced pet groomer who will teach you how to groom dogs.
Pet grooming courses normally cost a lot of money, but we provide this training for free. If you show the right attitude, work ethic, and ability to learn, you may be offered a permanent position as a groomer in our team.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to learn a new skill and build a career in the pet care industry.
Important:
We can train you to become a pet groomer, but we cannot train you to drive.
You must already be a very confident driver.
What You Will Do:
Drive to clients homes with the grooming team
Safely tow and park a grooming trailer
Assist the groomers during the day
Learn how to professionally groom dogs
Speak to clients in a friendly and professional way
Requirements:
Valid South African drivers licence
Excellent driving skills
Able to tow and park a trailer confidently
Good communication skills
Reliable and hardworking
Comfortable working with dogs
Please note:
If you cannot drive confidently or tow a trailer, you will unfortunately not be considered for this position.

Vir ou dokter wat die
doodsertifikaat moes kom gee, was dit kompleet asof die stralende, albasteragtige groen oe oorgeloop
het van die laaste toneel wat hulle moes aanskou: stormsee, lug, son. En dit
was goed so, het hy besluit: n goeie dood vir Antjie-die-Skipper.
Jare later, na die
Groot Verandering, is oompie Sam dikwels uitgevra na sy mening oor die nuwe
politiek en ook veral of hy nie ou Weskusstories ken nie. Vir een aandagtige,
stil, jong joernalis het hy die storie vertel, van die beeldmooi wit vrou met
die groen oe wat op n houtskip met n rooi seil in hierdie see gevaar het en vriende
gemaak het met die dolfyne. Hy het vertel van die geheime minnaar wat een lang,
onvergeetlike nag by haar was; toe vir goed verwdyn het uit haar lewe; al was
daar mense wat vertel het dat hy partykeer met donkermaan gesien was waar hy op
n afstrand staan en kyk het na die ligvierkante in haar vensters. Vir hierdie
minnaar, het oompie Sam vertel, het die Groot Verandering te laat gekom.
