This Cottage Grand Piano is in immaculate condition.Build by John Broadman and Sons in Londen in 1870 model no 500 which is also visible at the bottom of the Piano.The Piano was bought at an auction in 1980 in London and was shipped back to South Africa in 1981with my return to South Africa.It plays perfectly well and the sound is stunning.The Piano chair was bought in Scotland in 1981and dates back to the 18th century. We imported it from the small Fazioli concert fleet for a customer in 2021 and is now being offered for sale. It was one of the concert pianos that were favoured for solo piano recitals but pianists include Daniil Trifonov. It is a 2017 model which was maintained by Fazioli concert technicians and we have cared for it since its arrival in South Africa.
