We do not offer this service but we can refer you to a suitably qualifed installer. Any damage that occurs during installation is not covered under warranty..OVERLOAD: Check if this is the right size system for you. Your total watts should never exceed the inverter size. If you overload an inverter with more power than it is rated to supply, you will damage the inverter. This is called overload and any damage is not covered under warranty..SURGE/LIGHTENING PROTECTION: We recommend you have SPDs (Surge Protection Devices) installed on your DB Board in order to get maximum protection against surge and lightening damage. Eskom surges are rife and surge protection plugs offer minimal protection. Surge/Lightening damage is not covered under warranty. You can view the SPDs we offer here NB: You will need an electrician to install the SPD https://www.maidenelectronics.co.za/Surge-Protection.BATTERY SELECTION: You have chosen this unit with lead acid leisure deep cycle batteries. We do not recommend lead acid batteries for high stage load shedding. Lead acid batteries come with 0 months warranty in this application..IMPORTANT: DUE TO HIGH STAGE LOAD SHEDDING BECOMING MORE FREQUENT WE RECOMMEND YOU TAKE TO THE LITHIUM ION BATTERY CHOICE. WE ALSO RECOMMEND USING SOLAR (if applicable) OR GENERATOR AS A SECOND SOURCE OF CHARGE. LEAD ACID BATTERIES DO NOT COPE WELL WHEN THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO RECHARGE AND RECOVER PROPERLY AS CAN HAPPEN IN CONTINUOUS HIGH STAGE LOAD SHEDDING.
