Along with the tax/SARS compliance, CIPC compliance is very important for the efficient management of business affairs.Assist with intern training.Where necessary, draft/ review Share Agreements/ Sale of Shares.Recon Cosec invoices to Smartsheets.The new Cosec Manager may be requested to help with the implementation of Cosec software.
Requirements
1 – 3 Years’ experience in a similar roleKnowledge and experience in fiduciary, company secretarial and CIPC work.Relevant qualification in either legal or in line with company secretary.
Salary: R20k – R25k per month.
Working Hours: Mon – Friday 08h00 – 17h00 (with 1 day flexibility to work from home)

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays from 08:00 to 17:00 and after hours on request.

Salary offered: R25 000 – R30 000 per month (depending on experience).
