Job Description:
Packaging Operator is responsible for taking the finished product of a manufacturing
process and ensuring that it is packaged in line with company and industry
standards, making it ready for sale or distribution. Packaging Operator to observe operation and speed of packing machine and makes

The successful candidate will be responsible for: Planning and purchasing of all raw materials and packagingForecasting, timeous reordering and executing replenishment strategies.Managing shipping and forwarding activities as well as managing and reviewing monthly re-order requirements for raw materials.Maintaining agreed standards of stock in country vs managing working capital.Managing supply demand balances regarding final product planning.Planning to meet inventory set targets from S&OP based on performance of production and sales.Coordinating sales and demand planning meetings and managing agreed action points.Agreeing and confirming monthly sales allocation within S&OP.Liaising with Inventory Coordinator regarding estimated warehouse inventory levels.Closely monitoring and managing feed stock for manufacturing facilities.Managing shipping, and landside transport between Suppliers and the Company.Maintaining the schedule of actual raw materials off-take against allotment.Controlling and monitoring raw materials from loading to off-loading at the Company.
