The position entails content creation for our social media community, long and short-form copy writing, photography and videography, as well as graphic design. * Develop and manage content planner for our 3 brands.
* Create engaging and relevant content, both written and visual, that align with our various brands’ values and connects these brands with our prospective audiences.
* Writing, editing and uploading website content, ensuring that content is accurate and current whilst improving site SEO to generate quality leads through this platform.
* Working with the Marketing team to develop and implement exciting and engaging staff campaigns that enhance our company culture.
* Develop and execute engaging email campaigns to our customer database to help develop quality leads for our sales team.
* Working with staff from other departments to cover the stories of our people for quarterly newsletters.
* Conduct regular competitor analysis.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends by finding emerging keyword trends and industry-leading news to ensure our brands stay ahead of the curve and our content remains relevant.
* Writing blogs (minimum 1 per month) for each of our brands.
* Create staff birthday announcements.
* When necessary, edit digital content (photo and video) to ensure the highest quality content reaches our audiences
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

An exciting opportunity has emerged to join an international Health Care organisation. In search for a Digital Marketing Executive to join the business, and their fast-growing marketing team to take its success to the next level.
You will be responsible for the delivery of the digital and social media strategy– both planning & delivering content that is relevant, engaging and effective. Possessing experience of managing social media campaigns, including paid media amplification and targeting.
You will be reporting to the Marketing Manager
Overseeing multiple functional areas, you will be a key figure in implementing and coordinating the digital media marketing strategies to optimise growth, meet/exceed business goals, and deliver the best in class customer experience.
*Key Duties & Responsibilities:*
* Plan and execute Digital Media campaigns including Paid advertisements across all Social Channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc)
* Implement and grow the social media strategy that aligns with company goals and raises brand awareness, generate a positive buzz, creates conversation and ultimately deliver website visits and conversions
* Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
* Manage tracking, optimise the conversion funnel and maintain marketing reports to track performance and enable effective planning
* Listening and reacting to segmented groups of customers, prospects, influencers and competitors
* Test new marketing messaging and channels (online and offline), measure the results and optimise for future campaigns
* Manage the creation of engaging and relevant content, including video, images and landing pages
* Create and schedule Digital content (blogs, social media, mail-shots).
* Schedule and manage competitions.
* Support on the development and execution of influencer projects
* Support marketing department with day to day activities
* Support marketing with research for new suppliers.
* Keep the library of marketing materials in order, liaising with marketing, graphics and web departments.
* Continuous research of new digital marketing concepts and initiatives
* Presentation of analysis through the use of reports and other media.
* Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure that implementation of activity meets overall brand plans and brand guidelines
*The right candidate will have:*
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing Social Media/digital media
* Proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal following across social media outlets by generating unique and relevant content for that environment
* Experienced in working with social media reporting tools
* Strong analytical knowledge allowing data to be turned into engaging content
