You will work closely with cross-functional teams (content, tech, business development) to meetproject objectives and ensure clients’ needs are fulfilled.Key responsibilities:Project planning: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements for WhatsApp bot development.Project execution: Lead project teams, allocate resources, and ensure the timely and successful completion of bot development projects.Communication with HCS provide regular updates on project progress, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations.Close collaboration with content manager: liaising between clients and content production teams to ensure timely executionBudget and risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and obstacles, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines and technical specifications.Stakeholder collaboration: Foster collaboration among design, development, technical partners and testing teams to ensure cohesive project execution.Client training: Provide clients with training and documentation on how to use and maintain WhatsApp bots.Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project evaluations to assess bot performance, gather client feedback, and identify areas for improvement.Business development: assist the CEO and head of client services with the process of securing and onboarding new clients.Qualifications:Bachelors degree.Proven experience in project management4-6 years of experienceProficiency in project management tools and methodologies.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.What skills will I need?An eye for detail - no mistakes in designs - spelling or layout ��Good Communicator - You’ll be working remotely and mostly be your own boss.
