Responsibilities include: Contacting all tenants with owing balances - phone, email, SMS, calling references, WhatsApp, etc. Active and inactive tenants.Get all the relevant information, ask questions and get as many details as possible when phoning tenants, in order to present the owner with recommendations.Stay informed of the status of each and every account.
