We are seeking a highly experienced, serious operator to join our senior leadership team. This is a demanding role requiring strong operational composure and genuine ownership of outcomes. It is not an entry-level position.Core ResponsibilitiesWedding & Event Management: End-to-end planning and lead on-the-day coordination.Accommodation & Guest Services: Oversight of bookings, check-ins/outs, and high-standard guest support.Front-of-House: Professional reception duties, transaction processing, and client liaison.Operations & Facilities: Coordination of multiple venues, large spaces, and F&B operational support.Growth & Standards: Social media-driven sales, service upselling, and maintaining exceptional service benchmarks.Mandatory Requirements (Strict Filtering)Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar hospitality/events role OR a relevant Degree/Qualification plus 1 year of experience in a comparable venue.Proven Wedding Experience: This is non-negotiable.Technical: Strong computer literacy; experience with Nightsbridge, Freshworks, or Zendesk is highly advantageous.Communication: Fluent, professional English (written and spoken) is required and will be assessed.Logistics: Must reside near North Riding or have reliable, practical daily transport.Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, decisive under pressure, and a proactive, resilient mindset.Culture & ValuesWe value mindfulness, presence, and genuine human connection.
