Main purpose of the job:Lead the strategic direction, development and operation of the organizations IT infrastructure and systems ensuring that these support the organisations goals, improves operational efficiency and are secure and compliant with regulationsLocation:ParktownKey performance areas:Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the organizations objectivesWork with the Finance department to develop an IT budget and manage adherence to the budget guidelinesProactively identify and resolve ongoing IT needs and challenges by providing suitable and cost effective solutionsEnsure that the organisations ERP systems function well and system integration is optimal and effectiveDevelop and maintain IT policies, procedures, protocols and governance frameworksProvide guidance and support to the IT security team to strengthen risk identification and mitigation processesMonitor security risks, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with data protection laws and cybersecurity standards.
