The bots entire strategy is built around live esports markets, almost exclusively League of Legends and Dota 2. In these games, information resolves instantly inside the match, but price discovery lags behind. A kill, an objective, or a decisive team fight can dramatically change the odds, yet for a brief moment Polymarket is still pricing the game as if nothing has happened.
That delay is the edge.
The bot continuously monitors live games, ingesting official data and stream events, and acts seconds before the market fully updates. It doesnt hunt for massive errors. It takes advantage of tiny mispricings, often just a few cents, enters and exits quickly, and repeats this process relentlessly. Each individual trade is trivial, but the accumulation is not.
Over a quarter, those seconds of latency compounded into more than $208 000 in "pure profit", effectively by front-running the markets own adjustment process rather than competing on prediction quality.
Now that the account is public, others are racing to replicate the approach.
Competition is increasing, and the margins are narrowing. Still, live LoL and Dota remain fast, noisy, and complex enough that there is often a gap between what has already happened in the game and what the market believes has happened.
