Job Summary / PurposeThe Junior CNC Lathe Operator & Setter is responsible for operating and assisting with the setting of CNC lathe machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and production requirements. The role focuses on learning correct setup procedures, ensuring quality standards, maintaining machine efficiency, and supporting senior setters and toolmakers.
