Administrative Duties: This role includes managing new admissions, maintaining occupancy levels, overseeing documentation and handling reporting requirements. Budget and Resource Management: Manage resources within the nursing department to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery. Reputation Management: Maintaining the homes reputation by ensuring high standards of care and resident satisfaction.
