Act on service calls allocated from service department/call centre. Troubleshoot and repair soft serve ice cream machines, Grill cooking platforms and equipment machines. Troubleshoot and repair commercial refrigeration equipment. Diagnose problems and propose an appropriate course of action.o Follow guidelines as specified for the equipment brand beingattended too. Communicate with client/s on site regarding the fault found and corrective course of action. Communicate continuously with the office via the whatsapp platform. Where necessary suggest uplifting the unit to the workshop for an offsite service and/or repair. Once course of action and approval have been communicated carry out the necessary repairs. Complete detailed job card specifying exactly what was done.o All the necessary fields on the job card must be filled in. Ensure sufficient parts (van stock) are stocked at all times.
