Once off lease fee of R1,200 and a key fee of R300.
Water and Wifi are included. Electricity is prepaid, bought collectively at the beginning of the month, and topped up when it runs out.

The space is made up as follows:

* A 2nd bedroom that can be used as a sitting room or TV room.

For security and privacy reasons, we prefer that visitors are limited on our property and no additional persons who are not listed on the lease may sleep over. No pets are allowed.
Water is included, but electricity is extra. Wi-fi connectivity is also an additional option. Parking in an enclosed yard is included.
The monthly rent is R5950, plus a security deposit of 1 months rent is required.
