We are looking for a reliable and skilled handyman to assist with maintenance and repair tasks for our Airbnb property on an as-needed basis. This is a flexible position ideal for someone who has availability to respond when issues arise.
There is no fixed monthly salary. Payment will be provided per job or hourly, depending on the task.
Responsibilities:
1.Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, minor carpentry, painting, etc.)
2.Fix urgent issues between guest stays
3.Inspect property for maintenance needs
4. Replace fixtures, appliances, or hardware when needed
5.Ensure the property remains in excellent condition for guests
Requirements:
6.Proven experience in general handyman or maintenance work
7.Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and home repairs
8.Own tools and reliable transportation
9.Ability to respond quickly when needed
10. Strong problem-solving skills
11.Professional and respectful communication
Compensation:
