Main Responsbilities

- Oversee multiple projects, including your own and provide guidance.

- Conduct in-house design and development, which will be the primary function within the role (+/-70%), including strength calculations (from first principles and FEA/Simulation when required), 3D CAD modelling and drawing using SolidWorks, manufacturing data pack generation (incl. BOM's, QCP's, Works Instructions, Manuals) and vendor management during fabrication stage.
- Physically participate in carrying out inspection and maintenance processes to gain a fundamental understanding of them.
- Manage Projects (Service, Repair, Manufacture, Design, CEM, Product etc.), which will be the secondary function within the role (+/-30%) from inception through to delivery, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. This will include, but will not be limited to quotation, project execution, procurement, logistics, resource planning, scheduling, reporting, inspection report review and dispositions, databook generation and submission, oversight, manufacture, quality control and project closeout.
