Prewired Pickguard Loaded with Alnico 5 Single Coil Pickups – BlackA high quality pickguard with a Karman Vintage Style 5 way switch, Full Sized Brass Shaft Potentiometers. Complete with pickups and electronics installed and connected, all you need to do is disconnect your old pickguard from output jack and connect this pickguard to the output jack with a soldering iron and one wire must be soldered to the tremolo claw (Solderless options available) and screw the pickguard to the body of the guitar (screws can be ordered separately) Please note – You would need to add an extra 24 – 48 hours to the lead time when ordering our prewired pickguards as we make them specially for each order. Pickups: Karman KS35 Alnico Pickups – a classic voiced pickup with a more modern output than your typical classic pickups, bridge pickup is overwound slightly to make it hotter. Comes with staggered pole pieces.Neck 6.5kMiddle 6.5kBridge: 7.2kWiring: ABS plastic wiring, for vintage cloth wiring please email us your custom requestPotentiometers: Full sized brass shaft potentiometers are used, they are great quality with smooth turning, we use a Linear (B250k) for Volume and Audio Taper (A250k) for Tone with 0.047uF High quality Capacitor, neck and middle pickups are connected to the first tone and bridge is connected to the other tone. (other custom wiring options available – email us with your request) Pickguard colour: 3 ply black Knobs, Pickup covers and Switch tip colours: Vintage Cream (other colours are available for custom orders – email us with your custom request)Solderless or Solder-in: This prewired pickguard comes standard as Solder-in and has 3 wires that must be soldered.
