Duties and Responsibilities:
The Operations and Logistics Manager is responsible for the management of all phases of plant operations including primary processing, packing, engineering, maintenance, product warehousing and logistics.The position works closely with operations, logistics, engineering and maintenance teams to increase productivity and profitability within the operation.Providing leadership and mentoring to all key resources at the facility.Directs, manages, and optimizes the overall operations of the facility.In conjunction with management, sets policies and makes decisions guiding productivity, quality, and cost efficiency of plant operations.Establish systems to collect metrics, analyze productivity and set performance targets that will meet revenue and cost goals.Leads the development and deployment of packing practices focused on quality and continuous improvement.Leads any labour relations activities involving the plant.

Additional cost if Weeds is Widely spread to spray Weed remover a week before commencing with the job (optional).Step 2 & 4 - High Pressure Cleaning will remove all old joint Sand and surface dirt on the Pavers. Surface Cleaning with High Pressure Washer and Rinsing to remove all chemical residue before Step 5 and 6. Allow 4 hours for Block Paving to dry. Step 3 - Efflorescence "Efflo" Treatment - This is applied on paving that is less than 5 years, and then a neutralising agent is applied.Step 5 - Re-Sanding (Hydro Compacting or Dry Sanding) Replacing the old joint Sand located between the block paving. Dry Sanding takes more time and requires more man power. Hydro Compacting uses more water but is more efficient, and faster (Client will choose which option to take).Step 6 - Apply Grease Protection & UV Protection - This prevents the original or natural colour of the paving from fading because of the sun. It also prevents grease and motor oil spills from penetrating the paving block. All spills or dirt can be hosed down or moped up with a damp mop.Total time taken to complete this job is 3 - 7 days depending on weather and area worked on.Quoted price includes all materials, equipment and labour. 80 deposit required upfront to cover expenses.The customer can choose between Matt or Shiny finish. Once applied the Paver Sealer will cure within 5 hours.
