The successful candidate will be responsible for general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep across managed properties, ensuring properties are safe, functional, and well-presented at all times.Responsible for the maintenance of a building. Completing preventive maintenance, installing new equipment, and assisting with routine building maintenance. Completing work order records and file all related maintenance paperwork.
