*Requirements:*
* Qualified Artisan (Pref Red Seal) with a minimum of 4-5 years experience after trade test in a continuous manufacturing/FMCG environment in maintenance of heavy machinery
* Preferable red seal
* Valid drivers licence a must

*Essential Functions:*
Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Operating hydraulic and pneumatic pumps, chain conveyors, V belts, Chain drives, boiler/ steam, fans.
* Firsthand experience in welding, cutting, and grinding.
* Understanding of Milling and Lathes machines.
* Performing Fault Finding.
* Minimising downtime and breakdowns of equipment by conducting breakdown repair work on all plant equipment.
* Installation and repair of fans, valves, bearings, mechanical seals, pumps, etcetera.
* Execution of modifications and projects.
Salary on offer is R15 000 basic per month, dependent on experience and will include Sanlam provident fund, membership to Momentum Health4Me medical insurance which is covered by the employer and a discretionary bonus.
