WE CAN SLEEP UP TO 25 PERSONS We are very conveniently situated, clean and affordable, and suitable for holiday makers and business persons alike.
We are close to all of Durban's and Umhlanga Rocks' swimming beaches and tourist attractions, and very close to several popular family restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, supermarkets and shops. Each unit has its own private entrance, air conditioning and secure off-road parking. There is very easy access to the M4, N2 & N3 Freeways and the Business Precincts of Cornubia, Gateway, Briardene, Riverhorse Park, Phoenix etc. Access to other areas in Durban is also, usually, not a problem.
We have many Corporate Clients who regularly bless us with their staff accommodation needs whenever they have work in Durban. Rates are FROM R350 per person per night sharing in low season.
